Queenie Ruthers: A motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license indicates you may legally operate a motorcycle in addition to another type of vehicle. This requires that you have a valid license to begin with. If you are stopped, you will be arrested for driving on a suspended license and you motorcycles will be towed and impounded. As far as I am aware, this is the case in all fifty states.
