Blair Abdi: Ignore the online recipes and cook the lasagna sheets first to al dente. I've tried using the no-boil sheets and they were still tough. If you boil the regular lasagna sheets first according to the box, you won't be disappointed.

Phil Kuarez: Next time buy no bake. Even Walmart has it. Its much easier. Just have to bake a little longer. But for now you need to boil it. add a little oil to water so it doesnt't stick to pan and stir occasionally, then drain and cover with cold water and drain again. then go ahead with ! your recipe. All I use is Ragu, browned hamburg, mozzerella, cottage cheese (instead of ricotta) and a little onion and green pepper. Everyone loves it.
