Dorethea Beaston: If it was available it would not be part of the drinks included since they only serve draft beers and cheap rum and coke drinks. Imported bottled beer is around $5 a bottle and I would expect NA beer to be about the same price. The thing do get instead would be batidas which are milkshakes made with fresh fruit, condensed milk, sugar and ice. I found the Papaya milkshakes, batida de lechosa, were one of the healthiest things I had while on the island since they were loaded with vitamins and electrolytes.You can buy malt soft drinks in most supermercados, but they are more like carbonated Post-um than a NA beer....Show more
Susan Rambo: Hi !, You will find this non-alcoholic drinks in fallowing supermarkets- LA SIRENA avenida Malecon- TROPICAL avenida 27 de FebreroThe Sun village is a very good resort located in Cofresi at 15 min from center of Puerto Plata by public bus (15 pesos p.p.) It is a bit difficult to get from the hotel to the sup! ermarket. You need to take the minibus ¨F¨and ask them to stop at the TROPICAL and the other supermarket LASIRENA is also nearby the TROPICAL..
